Our Project:
All The Same was built with the intent of spreading awareness about racism and discrimination towards people of color. As students, we often saw how this quietly affected our peers online, at school, and at home; we saw people being bigoted against in everyday life, not just in news headlines. We believe everyone—no matter where they’re from—deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. All The Same hopes to create safe, inclusive spaces where this can happen.

Vivian Ho

Hi, I’m Vivian Ho—a proud Vietnamese-American and the founder of All The Same. Growing up in Vietnam and moving to the U.S. during my elementary school years was incredibly difficult. I struggled deeply with my self-identity and often felt the need to distance myself from my own culture just to fit in. That experience left a lasting impact on me, and it’s what drives my passion today.
I started All The Same to create a safe, empowering space where people from all minority backgrounds can be heard, understood, and celebrated. My goal is to build a community where no one feels ashamed of their roots—where sharing your culture is embraced, not feared.
Anika Luangaphay

Hi! I’m Anika Luangaphay, the co-founder of All The Same. I’m passionate about shedding light on the voices of underrepresented communities, especially those who are often overlooked in media or everyday life. All The Same allows me and many others the chance to be heard, while also creating a space for people who share a similar understanding. I’m an open-minded, friendly, and welcoming person who loves building connections through shared experiences.

Hi! My name is Dia, I’m a junior in high school and the secretary of ATS. I joined the leadership team because I love the message that ATS aims to spread and feel like it’s so necessary for young people all over the world who have ever felt like they don’t fit in or have ever felt discriminated against in any way. As an Indian-American it’s definitely something I’ve experienced, so it’s really cool to be apart of an organization that celebrates the uniqueness of all cultures.

Through ATS, I hope to raise awareness, build meaningful connections, and grow—not just as an individual, but as part of a stronger, more united community. Hey! I’m Lyndon Nguyen. I am a proud Vietnamese American, passionate about expressing my culture, traditions, and heritage. Wherever I go, I love creating TikTok’s. Now, as the videography director for ATS, I get to do what I enjoy while also promoting the diverse community of ATS, which works to raise awareness about racism and discrimination toward people of color. What’s up! I’m Kareena Zutshi, and I serve as the Writing Co-Lead for ATS. Writing has always been one of my ways of giving a voice to important conversations, and being part of this team allows me to contribute to the fight against racism in a meaningful way. I’m passionate about creating stories that not only inform but also connect people through empathy and understanding. Outside of writing, I love engaging with others, hearing their perspectives, and working together to build a more inclusive world.

I’m an Indian American, born and raised in the U.S. Growing up, I often faced hateful comments and felt that the Indian community was either belittled or underrepresented. That’s why I’m so grateful to be working with All The Same and supporting its mission to build a happier, more equal future. I truly enjoy connecting with communities that make me feel heard—and All The Same has been exactly that for me. Hi, I’m Erin Hazen—a student, activist, and someone who’s deeply passionate about making the world a fairer place. Balancing school, family responsibilities, and my own goals hasn’t always been easy, but those challenges are what fuel my drive to create change. I believe that young people have the power to shape the future, and my passion lies in building spaces where voices—especially those often overlooked—can be heard and respected. My focus is on civil rights, inclusion, and creating a more sustainable future for everyone.

Where is everything communicated?
All assignments and announcements are communicated through Discord. It is required if you want to volunteer with us!
When will I receive a response after I submit my application?
You will be receive an an acceptance email 1-3 days after your application is submitted.
Is ATS PVSA certified?
ATS is NOT PVSA certified at the moment since they closed their applications in May, but we will be applying for this status once they run things back up!
