Vivian Ho

Hi everyone, my name is Vivian! I’m the founder of ATS. I grew up in Vietnam and afterwards moved to the US. I often experienced discrimination because of my race, which was when I realized how deeply inequality affects people of color around the world. Those experiences inspired me to start ATS, a space which is dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and empowering marginalized communities around the world.

Anika Luangaphay

Vice President (COO), Head Volunteer Director, Writing Department Lead

Hi, I’m Anika! I’m the co-founder for All The Same and I’m extremely passionate about shedding light on the voices of underrepresented communities, especially those who are often overlooked in media. Being Lao myself, I realize how hard it is to come across people you can find a deep connection. I hope All The Same allows others the chance to be heard, while also creating a space for people who share a similar understanding.

Eshita Agravale

Executive Director, Chief Commercial Officer, Events Department Lead

My name is Eshita Agravale, leader of the Events department and a part of the executive board in All The Same! I wanted to be in All The Same because of the diverse experiences and amazing people it connects me to. It is truly an honor, as a student, to be able to work towards such a bright and passionate future in such an important cause! I am so grateful to our amazing team for all that they do! I like to think of myself as hardworking, compassionate, amiable, and driven towards making ATS the success it can be!

Dia Gajjar

Hi! My name is Dia and I’m the secretary of ATS. I joined the leadership team because I love the message that ATS aims to spread and feel like it’s so necessary for young people all over the world who have ever felt like they don’t fit in or have ever felt discriminated against in any way. As an Indian-American it’s definitely something I’ve experienced, so it’s really cool to be a part of an organization that celebrates the uniqueness of all cultures

Satwika Tumu

Volunteer Director

Hello!! I’m Satwika Tumu. I love listening to music, reading in my free time as well, and baking! I absolutely love helping people out and being able to work with others for a good cause. I’m so happy to be a part of ATS, where I can be a part of supporting minorities and bringing more attention to people in these communities. I’m excited to work with everyone.

Hey, I’m Ada! I’m one of the volunteer directors for ATS, and I am so excited to be a part of the team. I’m extremely passionate about ATS’s initiative and believe it’s extremely important to educate people on this matter. Through ATS, I hope to create a space for other people of color where they can feel supported and loved.

Hi, I’m Ray Coers! I’ll be working on videography. I’ve always loved videography, and I think storytelling is one of the most vital and effective ways to move towards a more accepting society. I want to help elevate voices and experiences that need to be heard. I’m so excited and grateful to be part of the work <3

Hi! I’m Makai’o Pinai, and I am truly honored to be a part of All The Same. As a Vietnamese-American I’ve grown up around small communities and always loved helping those in need. Through ATS, I hope to raise awareness, build meaningful connections, and grow—not just as an individual, but as part of a stronger, more united community.

Hey! I’m Lyndon Nguyen. I am a proud Vietnamese American, passionate about expressing my culture, traditions, and heritage. Wherever I go, I love creating TikTok’s. Now, as the videography director for ATS, I get to do what I enjoy while also promoting the diverse community of ATS.

Hi my name is Em, I’m one of the Ambassador Leads for All The Same. I’m from the USA and currently living in Japan. I wanted to be a part of ATS because I love meeting new people from all over & learning languages! My favorite colour is yellow and some of my hobbies are cooking, writing, and makeup.

Hi! I’m Tanvi Dukkipati, the Ambassador Lead and Volunteer Director of All The Same! I’m passionate about expanding minority representation globally. All The Same allows me to understand my impact from being a minority, and spreading awareness and sharing my experience to help others.

Hello my name is Venise Nguyen, the marketing co-lead of All The Same. I am determined on reaching out to those in need and representing oppressed voices that are often underrepresented in the world. All The Same opens me to up to such a diverse place where all the voices are heard, where none are ignored and where everyone matters. As a person that has faced these challenging struggles, I am honoured to be apart of such an amazing and welcoming team.

Kareena Zutshi

What’s up! I’m Kareena Zutshi, and I serve as the Writing Co-Lead for ATS. Writing has always been one of my ways of giving a voice to important conversations, and being part of this team allows me to contribute to the fight against racism in a meaningful way. I’m passionate about creating stories that not only inform but also connect people through empathy and understanding. Outside of writing, I love engaging with others, hearing their perspectives, and working together to build a more inclusive world :).

I’m passionate about amplifying the voices of underprivileged communities, which is why I joined ATS in the first place!

Growing up with a uniquely Vietnamese name has shaped a big part of my life, and I joined All The Same to celebrate diversity and help create a space where everyone feels seen and included. I like to see myself as someone who’s welcoming and passionate, I can’t wait to get to work with everyone here!

Hi, I’m Chloe! I’m the Server Manager for All The Same. My favorite artists are Ghost, MCR & Chappell Roan. When I’m not volunteering, I can usually be found napping with my cat Valentino, or reading studies on Biology and Chemistry. I’m thrilled to be a part of the ATS team!
